I'm in an ATC Swap and the theme is Steampunk.. Can anyone tell me if this is Steampunk? I haven't a clue!! LOL

A birthday card I made I made!!

I finished this off the other day but wasn't sure I liked it enough to send

out to one of the Ladies of a yahoo group I'm in for her Birthday.

I'm also entering it the challenge at Outlawz

but still not sure I like it.. duh and duh again!!

Please give me feed back on the ATC Card..

Should I make more or keep searching for Steampunk stuffies!!
